The application allows you to receive in real time, alerts and messages from administrative authorities relating to the safety of people and property. The information could be of national importance or just for your region or city of residence. It also provides features to check the availability and location of products and services. Further, it is a navigation system in the palm of your hand.

To fully enjoy the application, it is important to complete the configuration of your personal settings.


Please follow the steps below to configure your settings

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select your Language
  3. Select your Country
  4. Select your City of residence
  5. Update your Profile information

The platform sends real time alerts and information from authoritative sources on disasters, weather related issues or pandemics such as COVID-19. The message could be for the nation, the region or your city of residence.

  3. Check the message type you want to see
  4. Search for a specific message or text

  • Answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ)
  • Map the evolution and monitoring of the current emergency
  • Provide latest statistics on current emergencies i.e., COVID-19 causalities.

    1. Go to Apps
    2. Select COVID to view WHO guidelines
    3. Go to COVID Tracker for real-time info on COVID-cases per countries and view FAQ
    Displaying product and service availability

    In its urban dynamics version, the application features real time information on the availability of various services and products in your location of your choice. To showcase your products and services, you just need to register with the platform by:

    Install the App on your Phone

    1. Select Safari and open the site in the browser and tap on the Share icon
    2. On the menu, tap on the Add to Home Screen option
    3. On the Add to Home Screen Dialog, tap on Add
    4. The App is now installed and you can access it by tapping on the City Navigator icon on your phone

    1. Open Chrome, then go to the site
    2. Open the menu (the three small dots at the top right of the page)
    3. Click on "Add to home screen"
    4. A dialog box will then appear, and you can change the title of your tab / page if necessary.
    5. Click on "Validate", and you will have created a tab on your home page which will allow you to directly access this page
    6. Now just need to touch this new icon to open the linked page in Chrome
